Because we put your dog’s needs first, there may be times when we are unable to complete a groom. If a dog shows signs of stress or discomfort—such as growling, snapping, or other aggressive behaviors—we will stop the grooming process. We believe it’s important to listen to what your dog is communicating and respect their limits.
