Meet Betsy

Hi, I'm Betsy, Owner of Coop's Place. 12 years ago, we welcomed the perfect family dog into our lives," Cooper".

     Cooper struggles with anxiety and separation issues making it hard for other groomers and pet sitters to work with him. I needed a groomer with empathy and compassion that would gently handle him with the care he needed. I searched high and low for the right groomer, with no success in finding the right groomer to fit cooper's needs, I decided who better then to do this then me.

       10 years ago, I let my passion and love lead me to grooming and caring for pet's that struggled with the same issues as Cooper., I was also able to learn how to handle other fur babies with anxiety and help make them feel safe and comfortable.

      Now that Cooper is a little over 12 years old, and the kids are all grown up, I wanted to make sure that Cooper continues to live his life to the fullest, so I decided to buy a house on an acre and a half in order to give him the perfect dog life. 

Today Cooper and his friends now have their own dog park. Cooper spends his life running, playing and exploring every day with friends that come to stay with us for the day or week, truly making it, Coop’s Place. 

      At Coop’s Place we pride ourselves on taking those extra moments by giving one on one attention to your furry friends. We groom at a pace that is right for them, so they feel comfortable, relaxed and safe.
